It sounds like the same-old same-old. I have sort of been in your position at a job, where I was made to feel very small, like nothing was ever good enough. That also sounds like what is a big part of hurting your mental health. It's like these people enjoy mind-f*ck*ng you around. For the most part, just remember that people who prepare to criticize and chastise you are doing it for their own "wanting to feel special" reasons. Those who cut others down are usually as dense and insensitive as f*ck. It's like some sick S&M thing...they make themselves feel better by being overly-critical.
I know you have little choice right now, but you should really keep your options wide open. Even if you have to take a less-better-paying job, the savings in mental health may be worth it.
