What do I say to people when I go back to work???

Actually, I've been wondering about that exact thing! I would really like some suggestions for a few different scenarios.
1. Authentically concerned co-worker:
Where have you been?
Are you okay?
Were you injured?
2. Nosey/catty co-worker:
What was wrong with you?
Did you have a nice vacation - must be nice.
(Fake) is there anything I can do for you?
3. Boss:
So are you ready for the upcoming busy workload?
Do I need arrange for additional help, I need to know now.
I care about you, keep me updated on how you're doing.
I don't have time to tiptoe around you, are you sure you're ready to take this on?
This doesn't change anything about you being on suspension. [or whatever its called] I still expect your performance to improve. Do you think you can handle that?
Any suggestions to these would be greatly appreciated.
