It's never going to end, because life goes on. It WILL get better though. You are going to get through this. Your brother is in big trouble. I'm sorry that your family is going through such a hard time right now. It sounds SO hard. When is the last time that you and your parents talked about Elaine? Do you think they are avoiding you because they are just completely overwhelmed? If this is a case of squeaky wheel getting grease, I wish you could squeak a little louder. You need some support IRL right now. Family would be a good place to start.
