hello,
When I went through the open babble yahoo signup and saw..sign up for email, I said to myself OH GREAT ANOTHER email provider...I went back to hotmail, because I am familiar with it and just got another address just for my buds here at PB.

There are sometimes these little, bitty things that you just want to blow right the hell out of proportion, and I'm sorry, but this is it!

And if somebody like me, with greater computer savvy than 95% of the population, and an IQ which is nothing to sneeze at, either, cannot log on with total ease, it says something about their system.

I'd love to test out whether you can sign up without a yahoo email address but if you leave the email field blank you get an error and I am definately NOT giving yanoo my home email. The only reasons I am opposed to switching to another Chat system is that I think Yahoo will at least be around for awhile and that changing or splitting it would further fragment the users of this board.
