> I don't remember the page number....but it was at the beginning of the "how to" b/c you are supposed to ask your body between each question if it wants to work on it (the forgiveness etc) and if it doesn't you can skip that part. It was real.l.l.l.y interesting to try.

*********I can't find it. I went to the site & don't know where to look. Weird eh?
I seem to remember from before something about if one's fingers felt smooth or slightly resistant. Was that the part? When I tried it, I couldn't differentiate.

I do, however, use a pendulum to determine Bach Flower Remedies. I have the whole kit & will 'make up' a Bach Remedy for family or friends. I use the pendulum to see 'what they need'. Witchy or what.**********

So then I thought as long as my "bodies talking to me" I might was well try something else so I had some bottles of "pills" suppliments on my desk and I took one pill out of each and held them one at a time in my left hand and "asked my body if I should take this" and did the "finger rub technique for yes or no". What was really cool is that I got definiute answers to each one. I have taken a "high stress B vitamin" for years and I got a NO on it. No to baby aspirin (I take for heart) and a YES to Ginko Biloba. I felt like I was back in the 60's again using the Wegie (sp) board or the pendalum swing to get answers. I really don't know what to think about it, but it was INTERESTING!!!!!

****My daughter & I use 'muscle testing' all the time to check for vitamins etc. Locally, in natural food stores in the vitamin section, the staff seem to know about muscle testing. I've often asked them to check between different brands of something to see which one seems to strengthen my body most. My daughter has Multiple Chemical Sensitivities & also has bad reactions to numerous foods, so we'll test her. We use either holding her arm out to the side parallel to the floor & I'll see how much pressure is needed to push it down towards the floor. We also use having her hold the tip of her thumb to the tip of her ring finger & I see how much pressure is needed to pull them open.

Sounds like you were able to "feel" the difference with your fingers. I should try it again, but I don't know where to look.

I applied to join the TAT group - I don't know what you call it - an online communication group like PsychoBabble. I mainly want to check it out. I find being online can positively devour my time!!********

I suppose if someone came around and saw me holding my nose or tapping my head all over they might want to "put me away" for a rest anyway so why not try it?? I can't see where this can hurt you and you aren't taking anything into your body.

*********I think it's simply a wonderful tool to know about. It helps me immensely. That something so simple could help me feel so much better when I'm feeling badly is great.*******

> I love that you have a lizard. I think I could "love" on too. I have great respect for any living thing and have a hard time hurting any one of them. A husband of a friend of mine had lizards and I was fascinated. They were about 2-3 feet long and I held and petted one.

*****Beardies are nice. (Bearded dragons)********

I had a frog out on the patio that would come to my feet when I was out there. I never picked it up though...we just relaxed together!!

****oh that is so cute!!!!!!! I used to have Grampa Toad. He lived in a planter that I had on the patio. He'd hop around of the patio if I was there - unafraid.*****

> As for my bird room I love it!! It has a stone floor and my glass dining table is in there. I guess you'd call it an atrium as there are floor to ceiling glass on one side and a sliding glass door out to an enclosed patio area. I have kind of a unique house that has open beam ceiling with a loft living room and bedroom upstairs with a "cat walk" over the stone room connecting the two. The stairway comes down into the "stone room" from the front door. The rest of the house is on one level. It is my "deram house" to be sure and I have lived here 11 years.

****Your dream house sounds like a TOTAL DREAM.
Are you in the country? *****

I would like to somehow put netting or lattice over the patio outside and let the birds outside. For now all but the big red one goes outside with me and have cages outside to get some fresh air, It is funny to see a cat lying on top of a bird cage. Even the outside cats seem to sense that these are not to be "eaten"!!!

> Well have a great weekend. It has cooled down 20 degrees overnight here in Kansas. I am so.o.o.o happy. I don't "do heat" well and it has been over 100 all this week. I may eve pull a few weeds if it stays this cool!!

*****I had to go look at my thermometer - I tend to think in Celsius now. Canada changed over to metric many years ago & it took me ages to think in C. 100 - that's HOTTTTTTTT Is it humid? That makes it feel so much more oppressive. We've been having in the 90's & humid, so it's been awful. I don't "do heat" well either - unless it's dry heat, which I can handle OK. It's feeling like it might rain, which would be OK 'cuz it sort of gets rid of the humidity & makes it fresher. I don't like rain at all, except for that aspect. I'm really looking forward to the weekend!
