I don't remember the page number....but it was at the beginning of the "how to" b/c you are supposed to ask your body between each question if it wants to work on it (the forgiveness etc) and if it doesn't you can skip that part. It was real.l.l.l.y interesting to try. So then I thought as long as my "bodies talking to me" I might was well try something else so I had some bottles of "pills" suppliments on my desk and I took one pill out of each and held them one at a time in my left hand and "asked my body if I should take this" and did the "finger rub technique for yes or no". What was really cool is that I got definiute answers to each one. I have taken a "high stress B vitamin" for years and I got a NO on it. No to baby aspirin (I take for heart) and a YES to Ginko Biloba. I felt like I was back in the 60's again using the Wegie (sp) board or the pendalum swing to get answers. I really don't know what to think about it, but it was INTERESTING!!!!! I suppose if someone came around and saw me holding my nose or tapping my head all over they might want to "put me away" for a rest anyway so why not try it?? I can't see where this can hurt you and you aren't taking anything into your body.

I love that you have a lizard. I think I could "love" on too. I have great respect for any living thing and have a hard time hurting any one of them. A husband of a friend of mine had lizards and I was fascinated. They were about 2-3 feet long and I held and petted one. I had a frog out on the patio that would come to my feet when I was out there. I never picked it up though...we just relaxed together!!

As for my bird room I love it!! It has a stone floor and my glass dining table is in there. I guess you'd call it an atrium as there are floor to ceiling glass on one side and a sliding glass door out to an enclosed patio area. I have kind of a unique house that has open beam ceiling with a loft living room and bedroom upstairs with a "cat walk" over the stone room connecting the two. The stairway comes down into the "stone room" from the front door. The rest of the house is on one level. It is my "deram house" to be sure and I have lived here 11 years. I would like to somehow put netting or lattice over the patio outside and let the birds outside. For now all but the big red one goes outside with me and have cages outside to get some fresh air, It is funny to see a cat lying on top of a bird cage. Even the outside cats seem to sense that these are not to be "eaten"!!!

Well have a great weekend. It has cooled down 20 degrees overnight here in Kansas. I am so.o.o.o happy. I don't "do heat" well and it has been over 100 all this week. I may eve pull a few weeds if it stays this cool!!
