Richemson: Neurotnin for Rapid Cycling Bipolar ?

I am suffering from Social phobia and borderline personality disorder. I know drugs that work for rapid cycling bipolar are brescribed to borderlines and vice versa.
My question is: do you see a place for Neurontin in the treatment of BPD combined with Social Phobia ? I know they have found it effective in SP and doing much research with pregabalin (which is supposed to be similar).
