Hey all, I sent a report to the FDA, this is insane.
Goddessannie, please hang in there, it DOES get better. It just takes time to get this poison out of your system. Drink lots of liquid just as if you are sick with a cold - it helps pass the drug out of your system. It's not perfect, but it helps. VItamins, exercise if you can but very gently because the urge to throw yourself against a wall is so great!
I get the brain zaps now only when I've stayed up too late and gotten up too early - not enough rest. Other than that, life is returning to normal.
