Hi Michael,
sorry you're feeling so awful. Good for you about the jogging. I wish I could make myself do something 'exercisey'. I even paid for Tai Chi this month & have only gone once. :-( And I like it! although after a slight car accident (got hit from behind while stopped at a light) in Nov I have trouble converting what the teacher is doing to what MY body must do! ANYway, good for you!
Hey Michael, when you're anxious, remember the "here & now" technique!! I have been using it. For ex, this morning various times before I got up, I woke up feeling awful & started right in: Now I Am Aware of hearing my clock. Now I am aware of my arms touching the blankets. ETC.
It calmed me down BIGTIME because it helped me not think about stressful stuff AND it helped me not FEEL the emotionally awful feelings I was feeling.
Just wanted to remind you.
I'll keep you in my thoughts, for what that's worth!
