phenomenon - dropping + breaking dishes

Posted by Fivefires on July 15, 2007, at 5:29:42

I never drop and break things.

I could have said this a month and a half ago.

Now, I drop and break an eating utensil at least once a week.

There has been at least one plate, a matching cup, a couple of glasses, a carafe, and now another cup tonight.

This is strange. Is it about dexterity? Could I be, becoming clumsy?(?)

Some of these are dishes my father gave me, so their sentimental value is very high.

Any1 have a thing like this happen to them?

Is 'the dropsies' a real phenomenon?
