I'll show you, but I'm not sure it works on anything but knee socks.

He's wrong the way he does it, BTW.OMG, are you me? I have slipped on the carpet on the stairs and fallen down. My husband says to wear shoes, but I hate shoes. I say take the carpet up on the stairs and leave the hardwood. He thinks that will be worse, but the carpet is so worn, I'm not sure my feet can tell if they miss the step a bit. Whereas with hardwood, I think my feet would benefit from that additional sensory input.
And my husband does the same thing with his socks!!!!! And you're right, it's just WRONG! I do what you do. At least I've trained him to put my socks the way I like. He can do whatever with his socks. Silly man.
And for someone who's never been all that fond of the foot, herself (giggle, giggle, giggle), you sure have a lot to say about socks. :)
