(((((PC)))))
Just the thought of getting up each day makes me want to crawl back under the covers :-) Wish I could suggest something that might help. There's is actually something you might want to try, it's called Bach Flower Rescue Remedy. It's totally natural so shouldn't screw with anything else but you might want to check. You just put 4 drops on your tongue and it seems to have a calming effect. Don't laugh but I give it to my dog when she's in a blind panic because of a thunderstorm or fireworks, and it really works. I'm into alternate therapies and people laugh when I spay Calm & Clear (a blend of Australian Bush Flower essences) around until they do it for themselves and realise that it does actually do something. Geez, I'm in full blown gibber mode aren't I - sorry.
There's actually a Category 5 cyclone off the coast of Queensland at the moment winds of 300+ kilometres per hour, I guess that's about 200mph. Apparently the worst storm in 90 years. We haven't had a really bad one since Tracy wiped Darwin off the map Christmas Eve '74. Fortunately it's a bloody long way from Sydney, which is it's usual glorious self today (at 9:00am). From my desk I can see the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and out across the harbour to the heads. Hard life ey?
I'm actually 31 days free of Efexor-XR after 2+ years. Feel free to pull up a chair on my virtual porch anytime.
Thinking of you, Damos
