Oh yes PC. Good coffee is complicated ;-)
We have one coffee shop strategically placed on Campus that makes TERRIFIC coffee. But there is only one (that makes palatable coffee) so they rip you off rather :-(
But one must nurture ones addictions...
The owner also managed to get another coffee shop strategically placed right across the road from the largest hospital in the southern hemisphere. Would you believe that there isn't anywhere to get palatable coffee in the hospital grounds??? He is doing rather well...
Rip offs though :-(
