Gracie,

Depends on your age as well as your lifestyle. I am much more forgetful than when I was younger. People will remind me of things I did a long time ago, which seem like they are part of another world to me. I sometimes wonder if depression has made me so introspective or self centred that I fail to pay much attention to the details of my life.
Your sober and drug free lifestyle should be a benefit in knowing that yoou have ruled out these variables in determining the cause of your problems.
Way to go.
