it's a serotonin update enhancer.....and it's not through a prescription, it works with depression well
but as for the morning depression, having coffee and doing waking up exercises, both mentally....sometimes doing strenuous exercise works but it depends on the person, serotonin plays a big role in waking up the mornings depressed, norepinephrine causes you to wake up and be alert, ready for the day, dopamine is more for pleasure and motivation, having a drive.....
maybe try some prozac, or wellbutrin ... if you havent already.....
