Thanks Fi, I think he was trying to let me down gently...but ugh...I still feel pretty awful. The insurance only covers a specific number of sessions. I need to find someone in person I think. This was so convenient and a good way to get my feet wet in counselling I guess. I just don't think I could commit to going to someone's office every week for a set time. But I do think I still need help.
