Hi,
If your mom is BP, chances are, you could be too. It doesn't sound like you're schizophrenic...These do sound like mixed states, though which can be tricky to treat. There are so many, many ways bi-polar disorder manifests itself in different people. Has your doc ever suggested it?
I'm bi-polar and am on Depakote (mood stabilizer), Wellbutrin (antidepessant) and Serzone (antidepressant).
