Shar,
After we were told by the Rider that a true shepherd will seek any of his flock that have gone astray, one asked the Rider what another characteristic of a true shepherd would be. The Rider turned to us and said. "Let no man deceive you. There is a true shepherd. And that true shepherd gives his life for his sheep." Then He turned again and said to us, "I am the good shepherd; and I know my sheep and I lay down my life for the sheep. And I will seek all those that are lost and no one can take them away from me."
