Does anybody do light therapy these days?

I started doing it a few days ago. In combination with Vitamin D3, I am largely unaffected moodwise by the dark season.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
Blueberries!!! and Orthomolecular
