I'll have to look into that form of magnesium. Thanks. The niacinamide+other stuff seems to be helping a good bit. High-dose niacinamide is both an antioxidant and a mild tranquilizer, so it helps anxiety and heals the body. Above 3 grams/day, though, it can cause elevated liver enzymes. Its also useful, along with other antioxidants, in preventing TD, according to some orthomolecular shrinks (apparently, its so helpful it can even help in cases where high doses of old-school drugs are used).
