~~~ Yes, almost all supplements, vits and "additions" cause me negative findings. In fact, I can say I have had more problems with additions than from RXed compounds in terms of the untoward effects not waning over time.B vits are problematic for me with increased anxiety symptoms and excess sweating issues. (Nice) As far as getting too much - B's are water soluble and the body will tend to excrete the excess. The fat soluble vits are the ones that can cause problems with excess and buildups - those like A,D,E,K... that said, individuals are just that and strange findings - good and bad - do happen.
