~~~ Yes, almost all supplements, vits and "additions" cause me negative findings. In fact, I can say I have had more problems with additions than from RXed compounds in terms of the untoward effects not waning over time.

B vits are problematic for me with increased anxiety symptoms and excess sweating issues. (Nice) As far as getting too much - B's are water soluble and the body will tend to excrete the excess. The fat soluble vits are the ones that can cause problems with excess and buildups - those like A,D,E,K... that said, individuals are just that and strange findings - good and bad - do happen.
