Well...in a normative sense to balance out/increase serotonin : 5HTP or L-Tryptophan, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, B-6 and B-12 would all be needed.
However, I know people convert at different rates and such, but that doesn't take away the fact you should make sure to get sufficient amounts of such.
You could even add in ALCAR or a choline source such as Lecithin to the Inositol. That should definitely augments the effects of Inositiol.
How much Inositol you taking?
