Thank you. I've been using inositol hexaniacinate (a form of niacin) for Raynaud's which has been effective. But it seems like my sleep is worse (I have sleep problems anyway). Do you know anything about inositol hexaniacinate? Maybe I will just give niacinamide a try and see if it still helps my Raynaud's without worsening my sleep.
