I am not sure about the others, but niacinamide can be used as a substitute for benzos. It has affinity for the benzo receptors. Not niacin. It has to be niacinamide. Not sure of the dose, but I do believe it is more than a normal daily dose. It is used by naturopaths to treat anxiety and insomnia.
