What has worked the best for me is Theanine, but I do well with Klonopin.
Certain types of anxiety need certain supplements.
You might respond to Glutamate antagonists like Magnesium, Zinc and Taurine. Or The inverse agonist Lysine. Especially if the anxiety is diet triggered.
From here it gets a little trickier:
If you are sensitive to 5HTP you might do better with Lithium Orotate or Asparate.
High and Low NE are reported to cause anxiety as well as dopamine. You can raise both by supplementing with Tyrosine or DL_phenyalinine.
Blueberries are supposed to directly raise dopamine as is Mucuna Pruriens. Tyramine is reported to raise NE as is Yohimbine.And it's very possible that high Omega-3 EPA fish oil might fix everything. It's definitely supposed to raise Dopamine.
