Yep, glycinate is the comination with glycine. Apparently glycine acts as a claming amino acid on the brain so works well with magnesium for those with insomnia/anxiety.
Melatonin is another possibility but I've not tried it so can't comment on its effectiveness.
I know this sounds silly, but have you tried the old warm milk with sugar in and a couple of malted milk biscuits regime? Sometimes the simplest solutions are often overlooked.
