I must say before I started this diet I was an avid bread and cereal and dairy product consumer. So at the start it is difficult. ( on a similar scale to giving up smoking) But it's only the first week like that. Here is a typical day:

Breakfast: Fried bananas sprinkled with cinnamon( in olive oil) Boiled apples. Occasionaly boiled or poached egg. Glass of fresh pressed orange juice.or simply water.

Mid morning snack. Bannana or a Pear.

Lunch: Fish or chicken or lean red meat. with mixed fried or boiled vegetables ( only in olive oil for frying) Mixed salads, Celeriac, Beetroot,
lettuce, tomatoe. Garlic, Red Onions added.

Mid afternoon snack: yes, you guessed, a Bannana

Evening: Soup made with fresh veg. Tuna salad.
Occasional omelette.

Evening snacks: Almonds, Hazel nuts, Oranges, Pears.

Drinks: only freshed pressed juices, lots and lots of water.( occasionaly a dry red wine,)

Prohibited foods: All junk food and beverages. Bread, Rice Potatoes, Legume veg. Coffee, adding sugar, too much salt. All dairy products.

There you go, It's not that bad.
This reply might get booted out of "Alternative" and put in "Food", but I guess you'll find it.

best wishes
