Ill read up on the EFT. It looks really interesting. And they give you info to get started for free?

I feel, too, that talk therapy is limited. Imagination and the body itself seem more rich in possibilty. And that the drugs Ive tried are like hitting myself in the head with a blunt instrument to see if it makes me feel better.
