Yes, avoid taking fish oil with meals containing large amounts of fiber. By large I mean >20 grams or so. I generally take mine with whatever meal that has the largest fat content that day which is usually dinner. Yes you can take them all at once however it may upset your stomach or give you fish burps. You can split them up if it does or deal and eventually it will pass as your body upregulates the necessary enzymes needed to digest them. Regular fish oil caps should not contain Vit A or D but may contain a small amount of Vit E to help with oxidation. Typically Cod liver oil is high in both of the former. Hope this helps.
