One of the earlier posters mentioned taking Cinnamon. Cinnamon is a great supplement. I have read in quite a few places that some of the lipid soluable components will accumulate in your body if you consume more than a few grams a day of cinnamon. To consume a larger amount you should use a water-based extract such as cinnulin. You can purchase it in capsules or as a bulk supplement.
