My doctor recommends flax oil to those who do not want to take fish oil. I don't think it has as much therapeutic power, but it is better than no omega3s at all. Try to get a flax that is very high in omega3 compared to omega6.
Might be worth a shot to try a different fish oil, like maybe one that is mostly just EPA with very little or no DHA.
