Of the things you are taking rhodiola is the most likely one causing insomnia. It has pro-dopamine effects that will tend to keep you alert and awake. 5htp is usually known to be sedating, but it can also cause insomnia for some people.

I did not sleep well on 5htp. I fell asleep ok, but had frequent wakings and early waking.

I only tried rhodiola for a few days, but slept absolutely lousy. It felt like an amphetamine kind of sleep. I must admit though, it did have a powerful fast good effect on my mood the first day. It didn't seem as good in followup days, but the poor sleep was still pretty bad.

Fish oil can sometimes cause insomnia. But if you take your last dose at lunch it shouldn't do that. I really think it is the rhodiola. You might want to see if you can reduce the dose for a while and maybe raise it back up later down the road after your body has adjusted to it.
