I am wondering if it's something to do with my high calcium levels, as I have sticky joints and dry skin at the moment from the calcium in a copper supplement I was taking. The magnesium helps unstick my joints but the sneezing etc is doing my head in. Is it possible the mag is making the calcium more bio-available and this is causing the histamine release?not sure of the answer to what you are asking...but the missing things from what you have been taking and your symptoms seem to imply zinc may have been depleted(copper will do this) and perhaps a zinc-vitC losenzge will help now? (sucking one is a good foprm) or else just take some zinc in some from..vitC helps with absorption for some reason.
I think mag blocks calcium usually..
