I am reporting that Durk Pearson and his computers at his Nuclear Physics Lab, pointed to 300 mg being an upper limit dose. I proved it sufficiently for myself. I'm not reporting what might be good. I am saying that I got a dull pain at 300mg. That's always been a [BIG RED FLAG] for me to back off the dosing.
I will try 100mg twice daily instead. I am the only thing that has changed in this dosing picture in the last 22 years.
Of course, now at my age, my darned pituitary is probably being squeezed lifeless by my skull contracting with age. So I probably won't get dull pains from my dead pituitary at any dose!.......lol
