Just to give you a huge hint, Viagra works by increasing the amount of nitric oxide produced by nitric oxide synthase (the enzyme) from arginine (the substrate). You will increase the activity of the enzyme if you supply more of the substrate.

I have no experience with the substance. (They were sold out when I went to buy some.)

I would not expect the response to be nearly as powerful as Viagra, but it would be a nudge in the right direction.
