Forgot 2 other minerals..these depend on the levels in your food ..which depend on the soil levels on where you source your food and the additives in your foods
1 iodine (in the US not necessary usually as added to a lot of procssed foods)
2.selenium (necessary in NZ, Europe and some parts Nth America.)
Both will increase metabolism and therefore temperature levels if your are supplementing from too low levels.
