To raise it?
As a minimum you could try
tyrosine (an amino acid)..say 500mg minimum,
minerals ...iron, zinc (say 8mg -10mg per day)
vits.... a multiB (say 25mg of B5/B3 minimum) and some VitC (100mg min.)Oh and a good calc/magnesium supp at bedtime to help your body cope with the increased metabolism.
And some VitE, EPO and fishoil.. and consider coconut oil/olive oil etc on skin and for cookingJan
