Thanks for the advice, Tealady. I guess I better stop taking my iron with yogurt. I've done that more often than not. Would the 5% rda of calcium in my folic acid mix be enough to interfere with iron? If I have to remember a thrice daily schedule, I'm not likely to get the third ones down. I forget the second sometimes.
And, I see conflicting advice on iron: 'with meals' and 'on an empty stomach'.
