Bah, I know what I'm on is helping but not enough. I am getting more things done, and things feel like they have some point, but I can't say I'm enjoying anything or that my concentration and creativity have returned.
I just increased lamictal to 375 mg so hopefully that will kick in.
I know either mirtazapine or abilify is helping with motivation, but right now I can't afford abilify. Maybe its mirtazapine. Since I have to pay out of pocket, I'd like to try nortriptyline since it is adrenergic like mirtazapine and it only costs $7 for 30 pills at any doseage. Also it can help with concentration.
Its frustrating that things like abilify and lamictal which are supposed to be good for treatment resistant depression do not work for me.
On the other hand its good that atleast I'm getting things done and prioritizing better.
