I didn't realise you had hemochromatosis.........I remember you saying you were getting tested for it. When did you get the diagnosis?

I think it's great that you've found the (probable) cause of your fatigue. Successful healing ahead :-)
Have you had these tests.......
EKG
Liver biopsy and liver function tests
Blood glucose (for diabetes)
Testosterone etc, hemochromatosis can cause hypogonadism - sexual dysfunction is a common symptom.In hemochromatosis, venesection (blood removal) usually improves the fatigue and lethargy. If testicular function is impaired, it remains abnormal despite treatment - testosterone replacement therapy may be useful for relieving symptoms.
