I have taken tofranil, another tricyclic antidepressant for neuropathic pain in my feet which helped, but not Topamax. That I take as a mood stabilzer. I still have the pain from a peripheral neuropathy, but it's very faint and very old, so I don't think the Top has anything to do with it. This response is out of surprise and interest and a deep wish for your comfort. I certainly hope this treatment continues to soften what I know is merciless pain.
