Thanks for the advice. I was thinking of taking Hydroxycut ephdra-free. I am really conflicted right now with looking really good by dropping a few pounds and having a good summer. Or just keeping on my meds and looking so so. Last summer I was severly depressed. The only things I did were to sleep and eat. Which made me more depressed. My self esteem was in the toilet. I know I am the kind of person that associates happiness with how good I am looking. It's not a healthy way to think, but it's how I am regardless. Which brings me back around to the conflict of really trying to avoid having a bad time this year. I am trying to weigh my options and make a good decision. It just seems that the diet pill is such an easy band aid. Lose weight, look great AND have energy to go to work and school and go have fun with my friends and family. Kind of to good to be true in one little pill. I had taken Ephedrine pills before. I lost A LOT of weight. I was really happy at the time, but of coarse it didn't last. I am just really trying to sort all this out in my head, thanks for letting me babble.
