Please be careful. First of all, if you were just on Lexapro, I would say that since it can cause anxiety, a diet pill added to it could make you uncomfortable (anxious). But you are also on Wellbutrin. Wellbutrin is notorious for causing anxiety. It targets the norepinephrine in the brain (along with Dopamine and Serotonin). A diet drug without ephedra would most likely make you uncomfortable. A diet drug with ephedra (mah juang) is basically adding more of the chemical to the brain (ephedra) that the Wellbutrin is targeting. I would guess that, well, I wouldn't recommend doing it. You should really check with your doctor - it could even be dangerous.
