hey there. sounds like we are about the same age! i have had the s/e's too. sometimes i feel like i dont know where i am or who im with...of course rationally i do, but i get so anxious that i talk myself into thinking im going crazy. its really scary. ive just upped from 10mg to 15 and i definitely have good days and bad. im happy to talk if you need to.
