hi again mystic...i wasnt in the office yesterday so am just receiving these posts now. i went up to 15 this week and i think that is why im feeling ebtter. my pdoc said even 20 really isnt a high dose and i shouldnt worry about going up to that. but i am stickign with 15 for now. i think it might help you! EM
