Hey Mystic,
I know when I was really anxious, I would go work out to try to balance it out. I also was not eating much because I was so so so so so anxious. When I would go work out, I would get more depressed and anxious. I later found out that it was making me hypoglycemic. My blood sugar would drop and drop more after I would work out, this made me very VERY depressed and anxious. So make sure you are eating, especially lots of nuts, beans ect. It should help with the work out!!!
