Your side effects sound pretty normal. That's great about the Lex eliminating your obsessive thinking; what a relief!
Ability to orgasm is something that has only improved marginally for me after 2 months at 10mg and 2 more months at 20mg. But, there are people on this board who say it does improve after a month or so. Everyone is different, but it seems to follow that the more easily-orgasmic you were pre-Lex, the harder it is to attain the same levels while on Lex. There are lots of posts on this in the archives if you'd like to read more!

Last week I was just prescribed Lexapro, after close to 2 years being off Paxil. I am only taking half the pill right now - 5mg. I noticed right away that my orgasms are delayed quite a bit - I'm a female. I am supposed to begin taking the whole pill, but I'm afraid that will make my delayed orgasms worse. Will this improve over time? The only other negative side effects I've noticed, are stomachaches and headaches, but my obsessive thinking has improved almost immediately. I don't have a doctor's appointment for another 2 weeks.
