Hey Jim:
Your positive attitude sounds good!! This will pass and it will keep getting better for you. I am now on month 2 of 10mg Lex. and most, if not all of my side effects are gone!! I don't even clench my teeth anymore! I had the bad teeth grinding, too, but after about week 7, it got so much better.
