I started with lexapro about a month ago. I switched over from paxil, which among other things, caused me to gain about 15 pounds. I havnt seen any weight loss yet with lexapro. I wanted to know if anyone has gained or lost weight as a side effect of this drug or if they have any information on it. Thanks everyone.
