The Fantastic Four? L-PEA, NADH, C, and PLP

From reading Mind Boosters, if dopamine and norepinephrine are what you need, then these would appear to be the supplements to take:

1) L-phenylalanine
2) Vitamin B3 *or* NADH
3) Vitamin C
4) Vitamin B6 *or* PLP (pyridoxal phosphate)

Three Beer Effect posted a while back that L-PEA crosses the blood-brain barrier more easily than tyrosine. D-PEA doesn't seem to be doing anything here. NADH and PLP are active co-enzymes of Vitamns B3 and B6 repsectively.
